Japan Expo 2026

At Japan Expo 2026, Joblife and the Whitelist TCG shared a 54 m² booth in Hall 4. Within the team, I took care of communication around the show, recruiting the booth hosts and selling at the booth.

    Building the communication plan

    A communication plan from the reveal through to after the show, published on 3 accounts at the same time, to make people want to stop by the booth.

  2. 02

    Briefing the visuals

    7 posters in 3 formats, with one brief for the motion design and another for the graphic designer.

  3. 03

    Recruiting the booth hosts

    Recruiting the booth hosts, then contracting them as self-employed workers, from selection through to signature.

  4. 04

    Selling at the booth

    At the booth for all 4 days of the show, selling and meeting visitors, the Joblife community and TCG players.

  5. 05

    Wrapping up after the show

    After closing, a final round of communication on the accounts, and the remaining stock moved to Solary, organized with an optimized picking list.

At a convention, communication starts well before the doors open, and carries on after they close.
